To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Goalmesh and the operator for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amounts you paid, if any, to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
